Creating a homepage and subpage templates for Asia Pacific country websites for Citibank was a unique challenge. With 7 different client teams each wanting to maximise their space allocation on the homepage. I took the approach of listening to there needs and why they believed they needed the space. Then I designed pages that created a balance of the different needs, keeping in mind the 8th point of view that is the customer.
Then I presented the designs to the Citibank team and explained the need for balance and that from a customers point of view their needs are most important. The designs were approved and templates created; ready for rollout across Asia Pacific.
