Working in an agile structure with 2-week sprints, while also balancing the need to address additional longer-range future-focused projects and some shorter term business-challenge projects.

When you suggest that the introduction of a new type of remote control could be better shown with a video. You then have to have the skills to make it happen. I found lighting, shoot the hand on a green screen, added the remote later, then created the interface animation and layered the elements together to make this come to life.
Sketching – it’s sometimes the fastest way to work out structure, layout, design, and general thoughts.
Wireframes – they can be simple or complex – in the case of Sony the page length was generally long and we worked with the research team to understand where users dropped off so we could fine tune the pages.
Our way of working evolved to enable wireframes to become a core part of the product creation process so the simple wires grew to contain much more complex data.
