Global Web Transformation Project
Sony re-designed and re-platformed their web presence globally. This involved strategy presentations to Tokyo, UX and design in San Francisco, CRM in Turkey and local market teams. As the UX lead, I oversaw over 100 wireframes, various A/B testings, module design, copy structure, images structure, search result structure, created video content and managed a small team.

Module Design

Video Editing
Homepage video, cut from a TVC and carefully compressed to ensure maximum image quality.

Wireframes
Deluxe Wireframe. This started as a simple wireframe and then evolved to include logos and content options. The color coding was done to link to the previous strategy documents that I created.

Animation Storyboards
Using video animations to explain functions and features

Copywritting
The headline that was described as ‘genius’ by the team in Tokyo. This opened the door to a copywriting strategy workshop with the local team in Japan.
